Devio UCX 1000

Android-Powered Meeting Room Hub — Huddle & Small Rooms

Huddle Room Collaboration, Uncomplicated

The Devio UCX 1000 is an Android-powered meeting room hub built to orchestrate huddle and small Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms. It pairs onboard UC compute with professional-grade Biamp DSP, so audio quality and room intelligence come from a single device instead of a rack of separate boxes.

Built on the MDEP platform, Devio UCX 1000 delivers enterprise-grade stability and security wherever it's deployed. It can orchestrate a full room setup — single screen, Parlé video conferencing bar, and Apprimo Touch 10 UCX controller — or run as a standalone UC hub with a touch controller alongside a larger Tesira DSP system. USB power runs to the video conferencing bar and PoE+ power runs to the touch controller, so the whole room draws from one source.

Key Benefits

• Two boxes become one — UC compute and professional DSP live in a single component, cutting rack space and simplifying design.
• Instant room tuning — Biamp Launch analyzes and tunes room acoustics automatically with a single button press.
• One point of power — every room peripheral is powered from the UCX hub via PoE+ and USB, so there's just one thing to manage.
• BYOM built in — a USB-C port enables BYOM and content-sharing inputs right out of the box.
• Centrally managed — fully integrated into Biamp Workplace for installation, remote monitoring, and management.

What Sets It Apart

• Where MDEP meets DSP — the first MDEP Android-based UC product with built-in DSP, delivering superior sound quality in a single device.
• Extends Tesira investments — use it as a UC room hub alongside larger, custom Tesira rooms when advanced peripheral and control integrations are required.
• USB-C flexibility — supports BYOM and content sharing, plus peripherals like the MPX 250.
• Single-cable simplicity — PoE+ powers the touch controller and USB powers the video bar, so the whole room runs from one source.
